In this recipe, I will show you how to prepare a delicious stuffed cabbage roll that is keto-friendly and sure to become a favorite in your household. ##Ingredients * 1 large cabbage * 1 pound ground beef * 1/2 cup onion, diced * 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced * 1 tablespoon garlic, minced * 1 teaspoon oregano * 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning * 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1/2 teaspoon black pepper * 1/2 cup tomato sauce * 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese ##Instructions ###Step 1: Prepare the Cabbage ####H2 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. ####H3 Cut the bottom off of the cabbage. ####H4 Carefully remove the outer leaves of the cabbage. ####H5 Place the cabbage in a large pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes or until the leaves are soft and pliable. ###Step 2: Prepare the Filling ####H2 In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion, bell pepper, garlic, oregano, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper over medium-high heat until the beef is cooked through. ####H3 Drain any excess fat from the mixture. ####H4 Add the tomato sauce and parmesan cheese to the beef mixture and stir to combine. ###Step 3: Assemble the Rolls ####H2 Place a large leaf of the cabbage on a cutting board. ####H3 Place a few spoonfuls of the beef mixture in the center of the leaf. ####H4 Fold the sides of the leaf over the filling and roll it up. ####H5 Place the roll in a 9x13 inch baking dish. ###Step 4: Bake the Rolls ####H2 Pour the remaining tomato sauce over the top of the rolls. ####H3 Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese over the top. ####H4 Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cabbage is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
