  • 3 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, bay scallops, and lobster meat. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, black pepper, sea salt, thyme, oregano, basil, and rosemary. Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and stir to combine. Refrigerate for 1 hour. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, red onion, bell peppers, cucumber, and tomatoes. Add the chilled seafood and dressing, and toss to combine.
