Let's get started! ##Ingredients -1 pound spaghetti -3 tablespoons olive oil -2 cloves garlic, minced -1 small onion, diced -2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces -1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes -1/2 teaspoon dried oregano -1/4 teaspoon salt -1/4 teaspoon black pepper -1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained -1/2 cup chicken broth -1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese -1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley ##Instructions ###Step 1 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes. ###Step 2 Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, and chicken and cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add the red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, and black pepper and cook for 1 more minute. ###Step 3 Add the spinach and chicken broth to the skillet and cook until the broth is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
