I'm excited to share this recipe with you and I'm sure you'll love it! ## Ingredients - 2 cups all-purpose flour - 2 teaspoons baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened - 2/3 cup granulated sugar - 1 large egg - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/2 cup sour cream ## Instructions ### Step 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. ### Step 2 In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside. ### Step 3 In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, followed by the vanilla extract. ### Step 4 Add the sour cream and mix until combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated. ### Step 5 Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned. ### Step 6 Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. ### Step 7 Once the cookies are cooled, make the cinnamon sugar topping by combining 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon in a small bowl. ### Step 8 Roll each cookie in the cinnamon sugar mixture and enjoy!
